Sarah McIntosh is a qualified Massage Therapist with a lifelong passion for health, fitness and the human body.

Sarah brings a grounded understanding of movement, recovery and performance to her work, which has led her to work with elite sporting teams across the A‑League, NBL and AFL, including dual‑premiership team Brisbane Lions.

Sarah uses a holistic blend of deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, cupping and reflexology to create fully personalised treatments, with the aim of helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies and move with greater freedom.

In addition to massage, Sarah completed a Certificate in Facial Reflexology in 2025 and is continuing her studies toward a Diploma in 2026. Her training blends Eastern and Western reflexology principles to create a deeply relaxing experience that encourages the body to release stress, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and support natural healing processes.
